It's amazing. I love going to the class. The workout we do is really good, and it has really helped me improve every day. The only issue I have is the language barrier. Since I am a foreigner, I have a hard time understanding what the instructor says in Czech during the exercises. Since the most spoken language in the room is Czech, I understand how important it is to use only Czech, but at the same time, it is challenging for me. However, the hot Pilates and hot yoga classes I attend are amazing! I don't have any complaints about the workout.
